Description

Versatile and easy to ride, this NZ-designed e-bike is popular with all ages. Happiest flitting around town on commutes or weekend touring, the Tui will also handle light trails and can be easily equipped with pannier bags for longer treks.

The rear rack, integrated lights, and lightweight step-through frame make it a great delivery bike, also making it a favourite among people with limited flexibility, including older riders. Its wide, swept-back handlebars and highly adjustable stem allow a comfortable upright riding position that can convert easily to a more streamlined riding style.

While all Tuis come with a hand bell and the widest range of colour options we have for any e-bike, the Tui Plus model comes with upgraded electronics, torque sensor, and hydraulic brakes, delivering better performance and safety.

PLUS range edition

SmartRide technology: The PLUS range equips this ebike with a torque sensor to increase the responsiveness and smoothness - the rider decides instantly how much power the motor should support them, measured by the force the rider pushes into the pedals. But we still offer also the classic Pedal-Assist modes - so don't worry when you feel exhausted and let the bike work for you.

Also new in the PLUS range: hydraulic brakes! Less adjustments necessary and a better defined brake response adds to the riding comfort and safety.

And the icing of the PLUS features: USB charge port for your phone and a tool-less adjustment of the handlebar angle.

Backed by a 6-year warranty on frame & forks and 2 years on electric components, the Kea is engineered for durability and performance that lasts.
