  • By engaging with JollyBikes Limited (referred to as "we/us"), you (the Customer) enter into a contract for the supply of bicycles or other goods (referred to as "Products").

  • You can place an Order for Products by following the outlined process either online or in-store at our locations.

A contract is formed when:

  • You complete the Order process online or in-store.

  • Payment is made to confirm your Order through available payment methods.

  • Acceptance of your Order is confirmed via return email, signed Sales Order, or acceptance of Terms and Conditions through checkbox.

  • Payment through consumer credit from approved providers (Gilrose Finance) is confirmed with a valid credit voucher.Images and Sizing of Products:

  • The images of Products on our site serve illustrative purposes only. While efforts are made to display accurate colours, we cannot guarantee precise representation due to variations in computer or device displays.

  • Unless otherwise specified, accessories shown in Product images are not included in the price.

Pricing of Products:

  • Product prices quoted on our website or in-store are subject to change without notice. While we endeavour to maintain updated and accurate pricing, corrections may occur after Order submission.

  • Quoted prices for Products will be confirmed in writing at the time of Order, with potential changes or corrections.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to rectify the error and inform you accordingly. You may then decide whether to proceed with the Order.

  • Overpayments resulting from pricing errors will be refunded.

  • Price variations will not affect existing Orders that we have accepted.

  • Freight charges apply unless otherwise agreed, with prices in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment in Full and Delivery:

  • Full payment is required before Order supply and delivery.

  • Delivery is limited to mainland New Zealand.

  • For in-store purchases involving multiple product lines with varying availability dates, separate deliveries may be arranged, potentially incurring additional freight charges.

  • Full payment for each delivery portion is required before delivery.

  • Orders will be held for one week post readiness for delivery. Failure to complete payment within 7 days may result in cancellation.

Risk and Ownership:

  • Risk transfers upon completion of delivery to your designated address or upon collection by you or your designated carrier.

  • Title of Goods remains with us until full payment is received for your Order.

Cancellation or Alteration of an Order:

  • Cancellation of an Order after 24 hours incurs a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Part-cancellation of an Order incurs a 25% cancellation fee on a pro-rata basis.

  • Cancellation fees may be deducted from any deposit paid or required upon cancellation.

  • Actual costs incurred in changing the Order may be charged for alterations.


  • Returns adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act, without obligation for change-of-mind returns.

  • Products accepted cannot be exchanged or returned for credit, except as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported promptly upon delivery.

Online Orders:

  • Exercise caution when shopping online; visit us in-store if unsure.

  • Return Freight Cost:

    • Return freight costs may apply and will be communicated during return negotiations.

Product Repairs or Warranty Support:

  • For warranty or repair queries, contact our sales team.

Unclaimed Goods:

  • Goods left unclaimed for more than 2 months may be sold to recover costs including labour, parts, and storage. Customers will be given one week's notice in writing or through local newspaper advertising. Click here to find out more.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions periodically.

Usage Restrictions:

  • No transfer of content or materials from this website confers rights or interests to you.


  • You accept Products based on their condition, quality, suitability, and fitness for purpose.

  • Subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, warranty terms and conditions are provided by the manufacturer.

  • Failure to bring bikes into the store at or prior to the manufacturer's approved service time may void the bike's warranty.

Information and Privacy Act 1993:

  • Information collection and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the price of the Product and excludes indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Sales and Promotions:

  • Our sales and promotions are subject to stock availability and certain limitations. Purchases made during these periods cannot be combined with other discounts and are valid only during the specified promotion dates.

  • For further details on individual sales and promotions, please consult our sales staff.

Discount Policy:

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Discounts are not applicable to sale or clearance items.

  • Discounts do not apply to delivery charges.

  • Discounts are only valid for items currently in stock at the store.

Price Match Guarantee:

  • Our Price Match Guarantee applies to advertised prices in New Zealand dollars from domestic retailers, both in-store and online. It covers the competitor's final price, inclusive of any taxes and delivery fees.

    • To qualify:

      • The products must be exact-match items, new, factory-sealed, and covered by the manufacturer's warranty in New Zealand.

      • They must be stocked items, available for immediate shipment.

      • Tours - Our price matching guarantee is applicable to tours that either commence or conclude at our Thames depot exclusively, or may be extended at the discretion of management for larger group reservations.

    • Please note:

      • This offer cannot be applied retrospectively.

      • It excludes prices from overseas websites and retailers.

      • It also excludes products from stock liquidations, advertising errors or misprints, commercial quantities, bonus offers, coupons, discount codes, vouchers, or cashback offers.

      • Products and pricing on marketplaces such as Trade Me, eBay, Gumtree, Kogan, Dick Smith, Catch, Facebook, and Amazon are excluded.

      • Any grey imports without a New Zealand manufacturer's warranty are not eligible.

      • We are unable to match a price that is below cost.


  • All contracts are governed by New Zealand laws.

  • Costs incurred in enforcing the Contract are payable by you.

  • YouTube API service is utilised for video content playback; refer to YouTube Terms of Service.

  • The free service of a new bike is limited to a basic Adjustment Service, which includes a Service Report, Safety Check, All Bolts Tightened & Checked, Brakes Tuned, and Gears Tuned. Any additional parts or work needed will incur an additional fee unless covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This free service must be utilised within the first 2 months unless agreed upon prior.
